Ferrari begin tours of Fiorano test track
Ferrari has officially begun to give fans and enthusiasts
tours of their world famous Fiorano Circuit. The track has been a part
of the company since 1971, when Enzo Ferrari created it as a test
facility.
A guide takes tourists around the facility in a shuttle, stopping off at Enzo's first office there. Visitors will get to walk around the Italian air force's 51st Squadron F104 fighter jet, which raced A Ferrari F1 driven by Gilles Villeneuve in 1981.
The car beat the jet in the standing kilometer one-on-one.
F1 building facilities, the Nuova Logistica pavilion, and some of the toughest corners are also stops on the tour.
