Tiny Tech 1

Tiny Tech

tinytech_header.jpgI am a sucker for anything miniature.  It's a real problem. Everything from food to decor, if it comes in size tiny, I want it. While not everything can (or should) come in a smaller version, those items that do are usually at the top of my list--electronics #1. The good news is that there is a great selection of diminutive tech products to satisfy my obsession--even in tech gadgets.  From speakers to cameras, there are a bunch of small products that I have rounded up below...all perfectly tiny and cute.

Is there any tiny tech out there that I should know about to add to my collection? Share your finds in the comments.

This Lil' Piggy Power Bank (as it's called) can get you all the way to the market and back with a charged cell phone, iPod, Blackberry, what have you...if it's gotten enough sun exposure (14-18 hours) that is.  Fully solar powered, this little guy packs a "power"ful punch...get it?

2. mini speaker, $11.99
Whether at the beach, in the yard or just sitting at your desk, this compact speaker allows you to play your favorite music anytime and anywhere.  Just charge this puppy up on your computer through the USB port and you are ready to hit the road.

3. handheld video camera, $23.33
The days of the flip cam may be over (sad) but this tiny Coby cam can shoot some sweet videos for s sweet price (under $30!).  And coming in at only 10x7 inches, I say it is the perfect little compact gadget to pack for any trip.

4. wide angle lens, $20-$49
There are so many fun apps out there to play with for taking photos, but this compact tool doesn't require any downloading.  Simply place one of these lenses (fisheye, wide angle or macro) on the outside of your phone's camera lens and start taking some unique pics like the pros...well close enough.

Forget your Android phone at home?  Not to worry when you have the WIMM Wearable Android device.  This watch size gadget is synched with your smartphone and can alert you to text messages, calendar appointments, the weather and more (including the time!).  Forget the phone; just take the watch.
